My contribution of 7x films to the Olympic Games and P&G’s global Thank You Moms campaign. I was recruited for the job through my award winning documentary for the Wounded Warriors Foundation. My team was sent throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico and Russia to capture Olympic athlete stories through their mothers’ eyes. We had only 2 days to shoot each film, 2x interviews, as well as all B-roll in completely unfamiliar territory, without prior location or talent scouting available to us. These films were made from a basic story outline “on the fly” where my creative shot selection happened in real time on location. In other words, very challenging conditions. We utilized our talents to the fullest on this project, creating our stories in “real time” and in post.

This is by far my favorite project of my career, as it involved learning the stories of true athletic heroes, who had to preserver through incredible odds and hardship to become world champions.
